In keeping with global trends, MBOS strives to minimize the impact of industries on the environment by focusing on recycling plants, utilization of wasted energy, treatment of harmful emissions and by harnessing renewable energy.  The environmental industry is continually increasing. The industry has to apply environmental friendly policies. We are sure that this new way of thinking is a chance to increase your benefits. Recycling technologies.

Cathode ray tube display and flat screen recycling. At the end of their life used flat-screens wil become a significant source of waste that will need to be treated effectively. Currently, screens are dismantled manually and subsequently either incinerated or disposed of through land-fill. These solutions do not solve the problem of transfert of pollution, consume energy and do not support the valorisation of the screen components. With our partner we offer a process that allows automatic separation of the flat-screen components. This process maximises the recycling rate and the valorisation of the majority of components, allowing you to create income.

Lithium-Ion / mixed battery recycling. Several billions batteries are sold every year and this figure is constantly rising. Currently, batteries components are classified from an environmental perspective, but these can be reused thanks to our partner process. Energy efficient and waste free, the battery recycling will allow you to gain valuable material, reducing your need for raw material.

Tyre recycling. High performance tyre recycling process allows to deliver a powerful industrial plant of strong capacity (up to 4 tons/hour) producing granules anfd fine powders with maximum added value (100% of the production below 2mm with purity higher than 99.5%). Our partner have succesfully build plant in Europe and could be visited. Higher performance and quality for higher income.

 

Waste treatment.

V.O.C. recovery. Volatile organic compounds are organic chemical compounds that have high enough vapor perssures under normal conditions to significantly vaporize and enter the atmoshpere. Volatile organic are numerous and varied, they may be harmful or toxic, natural or synthetic. With our partner we offer installations of treatment of the air and gases. Our services : technical & ecomonic studies ; summary preliminary draft studies ; supervision and control. we have solutions to keep with laws and make your installation safer.

 

Energy generation.

Geo-pressure. The pressure at the production platform is between 100-800 bar. In order to be suitable for domestic use, it will need to be decreased to 1 bar. At several point in the system stations reduce pressure by squeezing it through a valve. Such systems don't take profit from the energy created. With our partner with can add designed turbines on your system to decrease the pressure and create energy. The process is vastly superior compared to CHPs, gas and steam turbines and even fuel cell.

Geothermal energy. Imagine the huge potential which stays unexploited under our feet: only 0.1% of our globe is colder than 100c. Geothermal system allows to create electricity thanks to hot pumped water. One km3 of 200c hot granite cooled by 20c delivers about 10MW of electric power for a period of 20 years ! Our partner optimised the process to offer the customer the optimum choice taking recovered power and cost into consideration.
